The data controller for the data collected through this website is Claudio Messa, who can be contacted at the following email address: info@claudiomessa.com.
The form on the Contact page collects the information that users voluntarily provide: name, email address, subject, and message text.
Through the field at the bottom of the page, if the user chooses to subscribe to the newsletter, only the email address is collected.
No other personal data is actively collected on this website. We do not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools.
The data collected through the form is used exclusively to respond to the request submitted: information about a shirt from the collection, collaboration proposals, event-related requests, or any other direct contact initiated by the user.
The data submitted through the Contact form is not used for marketing purposes, is not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes, and is not processed automatically for profiling.
The email address provided for the newsletter is used exclusively to send updates about website news, events, and content related to the collection. Every message includes a link to unsubscribe at any time.
The processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, subpar. a, of EU Regulation 2016/679), which is given when the form is submitted or when subscribing to the newsletter.
The data is retained for as long as necessary to process the request and, thereafter, for up to 24 months, unless otherwise required by law. After this period, the data is deleted. Email addresses subscribed to the newsletter are retained until the user unsubscribes or withdraws consent.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which acts as a data processor for the technical data necessary to provide the service.
Resend is used to send emails (replies to messages and the newsletter), acting as a data processor.
The website also uses Google Fonts, which are loaded from servers operated by Google LLC (United States): this results in the transmission of the IP address of the user’s device to Google when the page is loaded, regardless of whether any forms are submitted. Google adheres to standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for the transfer of data to third countries.
At any time, you may request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability by writing to info@claudiomessa.com.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.
You may always file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
